At Plumfield Dental Practice, we know a toothache can be a real pain and we're here to help. We're excited to offer emergency appointments to everyone, not just our regular patients. Got a toothache or a broken front tooth? Don't worry, just give us a call!

If you're new to us, we'll have a quick chat with you over the phone first. We'll ask you some questions so we can figure out how best to help you. If we think we can, we'll offer you an appointment.

The emergency appointment is £180, which you'll need to pay when you book. Once you're here, our friendly dentist will do their best to figure out what's going on and fix it for you, or at least try to make sure you're not in pain anymore.

Acceptance of Appointment:

By accepting the appointment, you hereby hold harmless Plumfield Dental Practice, its dentists, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise during or as a result of the dental treatment or services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims related to personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

Pain Management:

Plumfield Dental Practice will make every effort to alleviate or reduce pain, provided that the cause of the pain is properly diagnosed and falls within the scope of the dental treatment being provided. Please note that pain relief measures may vary depending on the nature and severity of the dental condition, and results cannot be guaranteed.

No Obligation to Establish Patient Relationship:

Please be aware that the acceptance of this appointment does not constitute an invitation or guarantee of becoming a patient at Plumfield Dental Practice. However, upon completion of your appointment, our staff may extend an invitation to join the practice as a patient. This invitation is subject to further evaluation and acceptance by both parties.

Compliance with Treatment Plan:

If a treatment plan is recommended by the dentist at Plumfield Dental Practice, it is your responsibility to adhere to the agreed-upon plan, including attending scheduled appointments and following any instructions provided by the dentist or dental staff. Deviation from the treatment plan may impact the desired outcomes and overall success of the treatment.

Confidentiality:

Plumfield Dental Practice is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information and dental records. All information shared with the practice will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Communication and Appointment Reminders

Plumfield Dental Practice may use the contact information provided by you to communicate with you regarding your appointment, treatment updates, and other relevant information. This may include appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and notifications related to your dental care.

Fees and Payment:

Payment for dental services rendered at Plumfield Dental Practice is due at the time of booking unless alternative financial arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. It is your responsibility to inquire about fees and payment options before receiving any dental services. Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in additional charges or collection efforts.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Plumfield Dental Practice, please provide a minimum of 24-hour’s notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of any monies paid.
